Will the photographer I book, be the one to photograph my wedding?
Yes, Lynne would normally be a main photographer at your wedding.

How long will it take before my photographs are ready?
Normally your photographs are ready to view 14 days after your wedding date, perfect timing for your return from your honeymoon! Depending on your choice of album it should be ready four to six weeks after planning.

How many photographs will be taken?
As many as we can depending on the coverage and time, we never artificially restrict the number of images we take. At most weddings between 300 – 500 is a typical number.

Does the coverage include travel expenses?
Travel within a range of 60miles is included, this covers most of South Wales. For weddings outside that range travel & possibly accommodation rates are charged as follows:
UK Locations under 120 miles (50pence per additional mile) for locations over 120 miles an overnight accommodation stay is normally required, in order that we are fresh for the hard days work ahead of us and to avoid any possible traffic problems. Europe & rest of the World: Details will be individually discussed.

Can I have Black & White as well as Colour Photographs?
Yes. Lynne will provide your initial Photographic portfolio in a mixture of colour, black & white & sepia, you can always ask for which ever style you prefer after the event and in most circumstance we can oblige – but please inform us if you want to limit the number of black & white images in your portfolio.

What type of albums do you sell?
We have a contemporary range of exquisite wedding albums, many being hand made to our instructions, often in leather but also available are suede, linen, bookcloth, timber, acrylic and metal. Most of our albums are designed as image story books either in magazine style or traditional mount. Lynne is constantly on the look out for new and exciting presentations.

How much will my album cost?
Your wedding album should be chosen to suit your own style and most can be customized to your heart's content. we offer a wide range of high quality album choices couples can spend as as much as they want on their wedding album. Typically, most couples spend somewhere between £600 - £900 on their main album.

Do ALL the wedding packages include an album?
Nearly, one of our collection include a wedding book rather than a luxury storybook album this reduced the overal cost of the package and allows couples to purchase an album separately if they so wish. All other collections let you choose the style you prefer from our Luxury range after your wedding and then from here you can opt to add pages & customize the album size & cover material if you wish.

What if I want more than is offered in the wedding package?
No problem You can customise the collection and add as much as you wish.

Do we have to have a wedding package?
Not at all, you can choose exactly what you want from our a la carte menu.

How much do your prints cost?
Our on-line wedding prints range in price from £12.00 upwards depending on the size you want. If you're after a large wall prints or canvas from the studio larger sizes at £35 for individual images and increase to around a couple of hundred pounds for wall art pieces.

Do you offer discounts?
Our wedding collections are already discounted to reflect the quantity of items within them, the amount of discount varies between collections but the average is 30% because of this we do not offer any additional discounts. We have a comprehensive price list you should have a copy of when we meet for your first consultation, we try to be up front and transparent about all services & pricing.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, as a limited company, we have all the required cover, including professional indemnity and public liability. You can view the certificate at our premises with pleasure.

So have you ever had to use this insurance?
No! never. But we certainly wouldn't want to book a photographer for OUR wedding if THEY didn't have cover! Lots of things can, and do go wrong, that's what insurance is for.

How do I book?
It's simple. Phone Lynne now 01269 842 248. All you need is to send her the booking retainer of £400 and a completed photography schedule form and that confirms your date. You can even pay over the phone using a credit card.
