Online Print Orders: For those previewing online, we guarantee you gallery will be available for thirty days. It is highly recommended that you make your purchasing decisions within this time frame. If at a later date you woule like to view your picture online after the gallery has expired, we can re-publish your gallery, but there is a £45 fee for this republishing service.
Final Prints: Your final print order will be delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after making your selection. Canvases and acrylic portraits may take up to 4-6 weeks.
Sales are Final: Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales final.
Retouching: Any retouching, is an additional chargable service - Any request you have we will discuss with you on an individual basis - approximate fees are £50 per hour. Possible requests - braces, removal of logos/words on shirts, fantasy painting, etc. Please ask before placing an order.
Payment Options: For the Merlin Ride Gallery Payment is only availble through Paypal.
Image Storage : We guarantee all ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. Images that are not ordered will be kept for two months only. this is due to space limitations.
